- You must not have consumed more than 20 queries/credits during this period. If you have used more than 20 queries, you are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are only available for first-time purchases. Renewals and subsequent charges are not eligible for refunds.
- Refund requests made after 3 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
