Cognizor AI offers paid subscription plans for advanced analytics and AI-powered features. We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a transparent refund policy for all paid subscriptions.
 

Refund Eligibility

  1. Refunds are only eligible if requested within the first 3 days after the original purchase date.
  2. You must not have consumed more than 20 queries/credits during this period. If you have used more than 20 queries, you are not eligible for a refund.
  3. Refunds are only available for first-time purchases. Renewals and subsequent charges are not eligible for refunds.
  4. Refund requests made after 3 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

  • We may request additional information to process your refund, including your usage details.
 

Processing Refunds

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
  2. All payments and refunds are handled securely via our third party payment partners.
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
